Customer Success Manager, Professional Services

At Enigma, our Customer Success team blends consulting, technology-delivery, and relationship management skills to sustain Enigma’s long-term revenue growth.  As the relationship owners with our most strategic clients, Customer Success ensures Enigma is delivering constant and unmatched value by solving some of our customer’s most pressing problems.

You are cross-functionally influential and are known for your ability to connect with people. You are adept at putting yourself in the shoes of the buyer and the end-user, and understand how to navigate a complex organization. You have successfully managed complex enterprise engagements and are a great listener, communicator, and teammate. You are high energy and take pride in your craft.

You will work on:

-Leading the delivery of professional services with top-notch execution, building high-stakes, trusting relationships with client leadership both in technology and business roles (Heads of Business Units, SVP) to understand their business, priorities, and problems in order to effectively deliver value.

-Ensuring successful delivery of engagements, partnering with Enigma Engineering and Product, to oversee execution and on-going support. 

- Defining and negotiating project milestones with clients and manage the complexity of evolving timelines, priorities, challenges, and risks 

-Contributing to the general growth and function of the Enigma Customer Success team by templatizing and disseminating project best practices, metrics and reporting.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree, advanced technical degree or MBA is a plus
  • 6+ years of work experience, ideally in consulting or client-facing roles in large-scale enterprise technology deployments
  • Extremely strong written and verbal interpersonal/communication skills and a capacity to engage in strategic diplomacy
  • Significant experience working with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Ability to assess and mitigate risks early to minimize impacts to delivery and timeline 
  • Expertise with complex solution implementation 
  • Experience leading bounded projects to completion utilizing program/project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall), tools, and processes
  • Experience in adapting complex concepts to business and functional requirements and gaining consensus among client and internal stakeholders toward execution and delivery
  • Experience in employing end-to-end testing and quality assurance protocols and regimens during program releases
  • Leadership experience among engineers and other technical stakeholders, with the ability to motivate and foster collaboration
  • Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and manage time and personnel effectively under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with the world of enterprise software/business intelligence tools a plus
