What is a credit?
One credit is one cent. Every published rate converts directly to U.S. dollars.
When does Enigma charge?
Returned fields incur their listed price. Screening and yes-or-no checks billed per request carry a clear label.
What happens after I use the included credits?
Usage continues at the published retail rate. Enterprise commitments can use negotiated rates.
When do a plan's included credits reset?
On your monthly billing date. Billing months follow the day of the month you first subscribed, so every billing period is a full calendar month.
How do I know what something will cost before I run it?
Build your segment in Console and the cost preview shows the exact credit and dollar cost before you generate. You can adjust your attribute selection and watch the cost change.
Can I buy more credits without changing plans?
Yes. Additional credits are sold in prepaid bundles from $100 to $1,000 and earn up to 25 percent bonus credits. Additional credits last one year; a plan's included monthly credits do not roll over.
Moving from an earlier plan?
These answers apply to accounts created before August 10, 2026. The previous pricing stays published for reference.
What happens to my free trial?
Free trials end on August 31, 2026. Your account moves to the Free plan, where viewing, search, and live summaries stay free within standard rate limits.
What happens to additional credits I purchased before the change?
Additional credits (also called extra credits) are the ones you bought on top of your plan's included credits. They convert at five new credits for each old credit, matching the new one-cent rate, so their dollar value is unchanged.
What happens to the credits included with my plan?
Your current balance converts the same way for August. From September, your plan's new monthly allocation applies.
